Terms

Short, because the game is free and simple.

Draft. Written plainly to describe how the game actually works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it should be before launch.

  1. It is free

    There is nothing to buy. No purchases, no subscriptions, no paid advantages. Every pen is unlocked for everyone, because a pen fight decided by a wallet is not a pen fight.

  2. One account per person

    Extra accounts made to pad a tournament bracket or inflate a leaderboard will be removed, along with the results they produced.

  3. Play fair

    Do not modify the client, automate play, or tamper with match results. Every shot is range-checked on the server and both devices report the same board, so cheating is detected rather than argued about.

  4. Pick a sensible username

    It is shown to other players next to your school. Impersonation, slurs and harassment get the account removed.

  5. Do not attack the service

    No scraping, no flooding, and no attempting to reach another player account.

  6. Provided as-is

    This is a free game. It may break, lose data, or go offline without warning, and it comes with no warranty. Keep nothing here you cannot afford to lose, which, given it is a pen fight score, should not be difficult.

  7. An account can be closed

    If it is used to cheat, to harass, or to attack the service. Normally you will hear the reason first.

  8. These terms can change

    If something material changes, it will be announced in the app rather than quietly edited into this page.
